Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer emails and inquiries promptly.

  • Process refunds, track orders, and handle complaints.

  • Deliver outstanding service with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written English.

  • Patience and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in customer support is a plus.

2. Social Media Manager (Remote)

Freelance or Part-Time
Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow our Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest accounts.

  • Create engaging content related to kitchen hacks and products.

  • Interact with our audience and respond to comments/messages.

Requirements:

  • Strong creativity and social media skills.

  • Experience using Canva or video editing tools is a bonus.

3. Product Research Assistant

Part-Time / Entry Level
Responsibilities:

  • Research trending kitchen products and tools.

  • Analyze competitor stores and suggest new items for our catalog.

  • Report findings in an organized way (Excel/Google Sheets).

Requirements:

  • Basic research skills and attention to detail.

  • Interest in eCommerce and kitchen gadgets.

  • No experience needed – training provided.
