At Simplify Kitchen, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
✅ Return Eligibility
You may return an item within 14 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:
- Item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided
- The product is not listed as a final-sale or non-returnable item
Please contact us first at support@simplifykitchen.com before sending any returns. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
📦 How to Return an Item
- Email us with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and the return address (based on the supplier).
- Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving return instructions.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
💸 Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs (if paid) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used, damaged, or washed items
- Items returned without original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom-made or personalized products
🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving it. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.

- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
