📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

🌍 Shipping Locations

We ship to most countries worldwide, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and select countries in the Middle East and Europe.

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) at this time.

💲 Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders above $50
  • Flat-Rate Shipping: $4.99 on orders under $50
  • Any additional shipping costs (e.g. remote area surcharges) will be shown at checkout if applicable.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Please allow up to 5 days for the tracking information to update.

🛂 Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country. Simplify Kitchen is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during customs clearance.
